Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident subscribing to Umayth. This policy explains cancellations and refunds and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Free Trial / Money-Back Guarantee

New customers may cancel within 14 days of their first paid charge for a full refund of that first month’s subscription fee. Request it by emailing hello@umayth.net within the 14-day window.

Monthly Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@umayth.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then. Except for the 14-day guarantee above, monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months.

Usage-Based Charges

Any per-minute or per-call overage charges are earned when incurred and are non-refundable.

Annual Plans (if offered)

Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis for the unused full months remaining, at our discretion, minus any discount applied for prepaying.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@umayth.net within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any verified error.
