Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Umayth Service and is part of our Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Make outbound telemarketing calls, robocalls, cold calls, or unsolicited bulk SMS.
• Send or facilitate spam, phishing, scams, or fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications.
• Record calls or send messages without the consents required by law (including TCPA and state two-party consent laws).
• Violate any law, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person.
• Handle communications for prohibited or high-risk activities, including illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, adult/sexual services, gambling where unlicensed, or other activities Stripe or our providers prohibit.
• Transmit malware, attempt to breach or overload our systems, reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it except under an authorized reseller/agency agreement.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
